Discovery is set to have a new resource-efficient, cost-effective and environmentally-sustainable global head office in Sandton, developed in joint venture by Growthpoint Properties Limited and Zenprop Property Holdings. It is the biggest single commercial office development in Africa. The developer is aiming for a five star GBCSA green rating and will implement innovative ideas, such as a running track on the roof.
